A few products I've been loving lately

I've not done beauty favourites post in the longest time, mostly because of me blogging much less these days so I try to pick carefully which products I want to review in depth on my blog and, unfortunately, many don't get to be featured. So I thought I will share with you a few products that I've been truly loving lately and they deserve the mention on my blog.

Charles Worthington Volume & Bounce Texturising Spray, £6.99
Buy here: Boots

My main complain when it comes to my hair is lack of volume, I have plenty of hair but they're heavy and lay flat on my head, so finding products that add volume and bounciness to my hair has been on my cards for ages. I've been disappointed with so many hair products promising lots of volume and texture until I tried the famous Oribe Dry Texturising Spray which I really enjoyed but didn't like its price. One day I just came across the Charles Worthington offering while browsing hair products in Boots and the rest, as they say, is history :) I've repurchased this texturizing spray a few times already and I absolutely love it. It does what it says, adds lots of volume and texture to my hair without weighing it down or making it sticky, crunchy or my scalp itchy. Yes, I can feel some styling product in my hair after using it but it's a small price to pay for how much more voluminous my hair looks. The effect lasts till next day and as a bonus the spray acts a bit like a dry shampoo as well so I can wash my hair every other day as opposed to everyday like I used to.

Erborian CC Cream High Definition Radiance Face Cream*, £17 for 15ml, £38 for 45ml

Erborian CC Cream High Definition Radiance Face Cream

Erborian CC Cream High Definition Radiance Face Cream

I've been recently sent BB and CC Cream from Erborian (check out my review of their Bamboo moisturisers) and while I like the BB Cream, especially for under foundation if I want some extra coverage, my favourite is the CC Cream which adds some radiance to my skin and makes it look perfected and healthy while being undetectable on the skin, yet offering good medium coverage. I absolutely love applying it quickly with my fingers on busy mornings when I don't have time to do my makeup before school run but still want my skin to look a bit better. But I've been wearing it also as a part of my makeup routine, adding some concealer where I need extra coverage (check out my new favourite concealer), because the CC Cream looks beautiful on the  skin, feels super lightweight and it's incredibly easy to apply. It contains SPF25 so it's perfect to add the basic protection for your skin. As you see in the swatch the cream is white but it has some pigment drops which burst once you massage it into your skin, adapting the shade to your complexion. I find the cream to adjust to my skin tone really well. There's also a deeper, golden version for those with darker skin.

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm*, £47 for 100g

Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm

I had this cleansing balm a while ago and absolutely loved it but never get to repurchasing it (the problem of having way too many skincare products to use up) so when I was sent this large jar by the lovely people at Mark&Spencer Beauty I was very excited to have it back. And as soon as I started using it I remembered why I fall in love with it in the first place. The indulgent concoction of nourishing oils (Grape Seed, Sweet Almond) dissolves dirt and make up with ease while leaving the skin supple, soft and glowing. I tend to use it as my second cleanse at night as I just don't like wasting all those beautiful ingredients on only removing my makeup, I want them all to deeply cleanse my skin. Extracts of orange and jasmine make this balm smell incredibly relaxing and soothing. Although it's a cleansing balm it can be used as a face mask which I do frequently or an overnight treatment, which I'm yet to do, and it leaves my skin really nourished, plump and just healthier! It's an absolute love and although the price tag is high you only need a tiny bit at the time so a large jar like this will last you a long time.

Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence EDP, from £49 for 30ml

Marc Jacobs Divine Decadence EDP

I am obsessed with perfumes and I wear something every single day, I also have many favourite scents and I'm not loyal to just one, they differ depending on season, time of the day or occasion.
The Divine Decadence is a perfume I've had since the beginning of this year, loved it at first but then moved onto more floral, lighter scents for Spring/Summer. Now with Autumn being in full swing I've dug it out and have fallen back in love with it. It's rare that I wear the same scent for a few days in a row but I've been spraying this one every day for the last 2 weeks or so. This scent might not be for everyone but I adore it, it's completely different from anything else in my extensive perfume collection and a fragrance I can still smell on myself at the end of the day which doesn't happen often. When I use the same scent for a few days in a row I get used to it and can't smell it while wearing it but the Divine Decadence is, well.. divine (LOL!) and I can detect it on myself throughout the day.

A splash of champagne extract and orange blossom, edged with creamy baragamot. Fresh gardenia hydrangea and honeysuckle sparkle at the heart. Tempting saffron, vanilla and precious liquid amber for a lavish and indulgent drydown.

This is  a lighter, more sparkly version of the original Decadence perfume and I prefer it as it's less overpowering. And how gorgeous is the bottle resembling one of Marc Jacobs bags!
If you like complex and different fragrances then give it a try next time you're at the fragrance counter :)

Pink Cloud 3 in 1 Collagen Beauty Drink*, £29.99 for 30-days supply
Buy here: Pink Could Beauty

PinkCloud 3 in 1 Collagen Beauty Drink
If you've been following me for a while then you know I like a good supplement and I've tried a variety of collagen drinks as well so when I was offered to try the Pink Cloud Beauty Drink I happily agreed but wasn't sure if I would talk about it on the blog as I have covered this topic already many times. But here I am, sharing with you this supplement which not only contains marine collagen (read more about the importance of collagen in our skin) but also vitamins and minerals essential for healthy skin, nails and hair, like Biotin, Selenium, Vitamin E and C which contributes to collagen production.
The supplement comes in a form of a powder which you need to dissolve in water to create delicious drink which tastes like pink lemonade so it's easy to take it daily.
It's always hard for me to see how well supplements work for my skin as I use so many amazing products to help me look my best but I always notice the difference in my nails which are usually very weak, break and split easily. Since I've been drinking the Beauty Drink regularly in the last few weeks my nails have started growing long without breaking ( hope I didn't jinx it, LOL!)
So if you're looking for some beauty supplement to add to your diet, especially now that we're well into Autumn and our diet might not be as healthy as it can be during Summer months when eating veg and fruit seems easier, I recommend checking out this fairly new brand which lovingly make their Beauty Supplement in UK.
Have you tried any of these products? What beauty products have you been loving lately?
