Skincare "empties", products I've used up lately

It's been a while since I wrote an 'empties' post but seeing as my little basket for empty containers is starting to overflow I've decided to share with you my thoughts on the products that I managed to finished up in the last few months. There were so many things that I split them for two posts and today will be sharing with you only skincare products. I usually never keep empty packages of body lotions, lip balms, hand creams or everyday hygienic products like shower gels etc. as they seem a bit boring to talk about but rest assured I do use them regularly, LOL!

Skincare products I've finished up

REN GLycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask, Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser

REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask, £32 (full size 50ml) - great chemical exfoliator containing Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid and Tartaric Acid, Papain enzymes. I really like this mask, it leaves my skin instantly smoother and more radiant. Although I had only a deluxe sample it lasted a good few months as I use other chemical exfoliators so not everything is used on weekly basis. I might buy again another of REN gift sets which contain travel sizes of some products, like these sets for example, which is a great way to try out new products or just stock up on travel sizes.

Repurchase? Yes!

REN Flash Rinse 1-Minute Facial, £32 (full size 75ml) - I've seen so many people loving this mask but I never noticed any effect on my skin. Formulated with potent water-activated Vitamin C is suppose to leave skin re-energised, smoothed and glowing. All in one minute!

Repurchase? I don't think so, I just didn't see it doing much for my skin.

Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser Daily Exfoliating Cleanser, £32 (50ml) - containing a clarifying blend of pink clay, willow bark and apricot seed kernels this luxurious cleanser gently exfoliates the skin, draws out impurities leaving skin feeling very clean and smooth but not stripped. I had only a deluxe sample, which I got as a part of a set, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and reached for it on days when I didn't want to use my Acid Peels.

Repurchase? Yes, I'd love to get a full size although it is an expensive cleanser so it will have to wait for a moment when I'm feeling spendy.

The Body Shop Oils Of Life Facial Oil, £28 (full size 30ml) - I had a tiny 7ml sample of this facial oil which, surprisingly, lasted about a month or so of using it 3, 4 times a week. It's a lovely oil containing Black Cumin Seed Oil Camellia Seed Oil and Rosehip Seed Oil, it feels very lightweight on the skin and it leaves skin hydrated and supple.

Repurchase? Not right now as I have many others facial oils to use up first but possibly in the future.

Garnier Oil-Infused Micellar Water, Mario Badescu Facial Spray
Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water, £5.99 - I've been a big fan of the original Garnier Micellar Water for years now so when they brought out the oil infused version I had to try it. Unfortunately I don't like it. Yes, it does remove waterproof makeup slightly better but I'm not really a fan of how it feels on my eyes (I use micellar water only to remove my eye makeup), it's not irritating but somehow it makes my eyes water slightly.

Repurchase? No, I prefer the original Garnier Micellar Water.

Avene Cleansing Foam, £12 - very gentle, not stripping cleanser, I used to use it in the morning, perfect for a sensitive skin, I have a full review on it here.

Repurchase? With me being so curious about different products and eager to try them I doubt I would re-purchase this cleanser as just wasn't really revolutionary for me but I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray, £6.50 (118ml) - I absolutely adore this facial mist and repurchased it a few times, it contains Aloe Vera, Herbs and Rose Water and it's really soothing and hydrating, the mist is very fine and it has a subtle, natural rose scent.

Repurchase? Yes, absolutely!

Olke Henriksen Pure Truth Fcaial OIl, Eucerin Mattifying SPF Fliud

Ole Henriksen Pure Truth Youth Activating Oil, £47 - concentrated, unfiltered, unprocessed and cold pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil, I absolutely loved this (it was my second bottle) and my skin has become more radiant, smooth and more even when I started using this facial oil many months ago (check my review).

Repurchase? I want to try Rose Hip Oil from different brands but I'm sure I will come back to this one in the future.

Avene Physiolift Smoothing, Regenerating Night Balm, £26 - beautiful serum/moisturiser with a gentle version of Retinol, Hylauronic Acid and Collagen boosting actives which left my skin noticeably smoother and plumper, check my full review.

Repurchase? I have a few other night time treatments with Retinol and other active anti-aging ingredients that are waiting to be used so for now I won't repurchase the Avene offering.

Eucerin Mattifying Sun Fluid SPF30, £15 - very lightweight SPF which gets absorbed quickly, doesn't leave any greasy residue or white cast and it helps to keep my skin matte, one of the best facial SPFs I've tried.

Repurchase? Yes! I'm using something else currently but I can see coming back to the Eucerin offering for sure!

Have you tried any of these products? Would you repurchase them?
