Today I'm bringing you another 1 palette - 3 eye looks post (check my previous post with Zoeva Caramel Melange palette), this time I want to share three looks I created using the hyped up Too Faced Sweet Peach palette (review). When I got the palette last year I was a bit underwhelmed by it, maybe because of the crazy hype it was going around it but the longer I have it the more I like it. It's got a nice range of warm toned shades, perfect for Spring/Summer and if it had a good quality black eyeshadow it could be my perfect palette. There are tons of possibilities to create different eye looks with this palette but I picked to share only three which I created in the last few weeks. I tried to use shades that are probably less reached for in this palette and give you some inspiration to experiment with different colours.
As usual, I will focus on the eye makeup but will also mention lipstick I chose to complement it. If you have any questions regarding any other makeup products I used don't hesitate to ask me.
Eye look 1 Olive green 'halo' eye.
From left: Peaches 'N Cream, Puree, Bless Her Heart, Nectar, Tempting.
Peaches 'N Cream in and above the crease as a transitional shade, Puree dusted into the crease to add warmth to the look, Bless Her Heart applied in the inner and outer third of the lid and connected in the crease, Nectar applied in the centre of the lid and the inner corner, Tempting blended to the outer corner and crease of the eye to deepen up the look.
Bless Her Heart smudged out on the lower lash line and blended out with Puree. Makeup For Ever Aqua XL Eye Pencil in shade M-10 on the water line, amazing if you have watery eyes like I do!
Lashes are Nouveau Lashes style Natural 3* - my favourite!
On my lips one of my all time favourite lip products, Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in Frick 'N Frack.
Eye look 2 Romantic golden pink.
From left: Georgia, Delectable, Bellini.
Super easy eye look but multi-dimensional thanks to the duo-chrome effect of Bellini!
Georgia dusted in and above the crease, built up to intensify the colour, Delectable in the outer corner and blended into the crease, Bellini on the mobile lid, from inner corner to blend into Delectable.
Delectable blended out on the lower lid. On the water line Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencil in shade Vice.
Eye liner: Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in shade Trooper.
Lashes are Nouveau Lashes style Glamour 1*.
Lips: Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in shade Laguna Beach, I'm really enjoying the formula of this lipstick, very long lasting but not drying and it doesn't accentuate dryness or fine lines on my lips.
Eye look 3 Smokey aubergine.
From left: Peaches 'N Cream, Delectable, Peach It, Luscious.
Another very easy, yet effective smokey eye look.
Peaches ' N Cream in and above the crease as a transitional shade, Delectable to define the crease, Peach It all over the mobile lid, Luscious applied in the inner corner up to the inner third of the lid on top of the darker shade. Peach It applied on the lower lash line and smoked out with Delectable.
For my water line I used Makeup Geek Full Spectrum Eye Liner Pencil in Espresso.
Lashes: Nouveau Lashes style Volume 2*.
On my lips is a duo that I only discovered when creating this makeup look and I've been obsessed ever since! It's Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Eastend Snob all over the lips and L'Oreal Privee Color Riche Lipstick in shade Eva's Nude applied on top. I'm not a big fan of Eva's Nude on its own but this duo is beautiful! And thanks to the lip liner it lasts a good few hours!
PS. my face looks very illuminated thanks to the light reflector which I had to use for pictures because of how gloomy the weather was that day, I'm not that glowy in real life, LOL!
Do you have Sweet Peach palette? Which shades are your most reached for?
Do you try to challenge yourself and create different looks with one palette or do you tend to stick to the same shades?
