Happy hump day all! Today I want to share with you my thoughts on the cutest little palette I've ever owned, the Too Faced Love Flush palette (£27). It was one of my Christmas presents and was ordered through Too Faced website but I believe it's been already available in Debenhams (UK), although right now I can't see it on their site so it must be out of stock. The palette contains 6 mini sized blushes from the Love Flush Long Lasting 16-Hour range and as I don't own any of the full sized blushes I was super excited to get the palette with all 6 shades for much lower price.
The palette is made of sturdy cardboard with a nice size mirror inside, magnetic closure and the cutest design ever. How adorable are the colours and the mini heart shaped blushes?! I'm absolutely in love with it. Just like any other Too Faced palette this one comes with an outer box which is as cute and I can't bring myself to throwing it out. In fact, I have a drawer full of empty boxes from different products that I can't part with because they look pretty, anyone else crazy like this? :) There is 6 blushes inside the palette, 2g each, each shade exists in the full size (6g) Love Flush range. The palette is very sleek and easy to store although it might be difficult to be placed in an average makeup bag as it's quite long.
The pans are on the small size but because shades are nicely separated I don't have a problem with using my favourite blush brushes, of course I have to be a bit more careful but because all the blushes are very well pigmented and soft all I need to do is gently touch my brush on the pan couple of times and I have enough product to apply to my cheeks. The formula of the blushes is really good, they're silky soft, not dry or chalky, they do kick up some powder if you swirl your brush too much in them because of how soft they are but they're not powdery. What I love the most about them is how easy they are to blend, I don't have any problem with any of the shades applying patchy. Also the pigmentation is just right, sometimes too pigmented blushes are hard to work with and this is not the case with Love Flush blushes. They last on me 8-9 hours without fading which is brilliant although not exactly true with the 16-Hour claim but I don't mind it.
Love Hangover - beautiful medium coral-y pink with very subtle sheen.
Baby Love - soft pink nude shade with subtle golden shimmer.
I Will Always Love You - gorgeous peach-y coral with very fine golden shimmer.
How Deep Is Your Love? - medium coral shade with satin/matte finish.
Justify My Love - cool toned, bubble gum pink with very fine golden shimmer.
Your Love Is King - muted plum-y pink with satin finish.
Overall, I have nothing bad to say about these blushes, the quality is great, the shades are very pretty and the whole palette is super cute. Also the value for money is good so if you haven't tried any of the Too Faced Love Flush blushes I can highly recommend getting this palette.
Do you own any Too Faced blushes? Which other their products can you recommend?
