It's October already and if we're not talking about Halloween makeup looks, we're certainly talking about Holiday 2015 limited edition beauty releases. This time of year is absolutely exciting for beauty enthusiasts/junkies like me, nearly every brand brings new products, most of them limited editions, to makes us swoon over them and spend our money even before Christmas :) Last year I got the Everything Nice palette from Too Faced which is beautiful and I love the quality and selection of shades and reach for it quite often. I knew that I will most definitely be tempted by Too Faced Holiday 2015 palettes because they just have the cutest packaging and the quality of their products is great. They have released a few sets , some of them exclusive to Sephora or Ulta in US but one of them is available on the Too Faced website (they ship to UK) and apparently it will be also available in Debenhams, it's the Le Grand Château Christmas in Paris Collection ( sorry for the pictures heavy post, but I wanted to show you all the details).
"This adorable (and oh-so-chic) little château opens to reveal three separate palettes with 18 gorgeous shadows, two blushes, one bronzer, and a deluxe size of our bestselling Better Than Sex Mascara. A romantic evening in St. Tropez; a sunny day in Côte d'Azur; a stroll along the Seine at night—there’s a palette for every party, mood, or taste. It’s the perfect gift for any mademoiselle—or gift each palette separately to spread the love!"
I adore the packaging, from the outer box to the actual little château which houses the palettes, everything is very well made and looks super cute with all the details and finishing touches like the printed ribbons and bows. I know that not everyone will love this kind of packaging but I personally do and my inner little girl is very happy having this set.
After taking off the roof of the Château you can open the door, which has a magnetic closure, to reveal three palettes and deluxe sample of Better Then Sex mascara. The inside of the box looks like a lady's dressing room, overlooking Eiffel Tower, so pretty!
I love that there are three separate palettes, each containing 6 eyeshadows and a cheek product, as they're easier to use then one big palette and also very convenient if you want to take any of them when traveling. They're made of sturdy cardboard and are very sleek. Each eyeshadow has 1.14g of product and blush or bronzer have 5.39 g so you're getting full size products here.

Parfait - shimmery pink champagne, great pigmentation and buttery soft.
Tres Chic - matte black with purple micro-glitter, a bit crumbly and it also needs a sticky base for the glitter to adhere better.

As I already said I adore this Holiday set and it's not a secret that the packaging was the selling point for me, it's beautiful, cute and a something completely different from anything I have in my makeup collection. All the products are great quality and while there are not exactly super unique shades I know I will be reaching for them a lot because they're wearable, pretty, and the little palettes are very handy. The 'Le Grand Château' set would make a gorgeous Christmas gift for any girly girl who loves makeup :)
What do you think of 'Le Grand Château' set? Is it something you'd like to have or is it too girly looking for your liking?
