Makeup look #26 Pink Champagne feat. ABH Shadow Couture palette

Can you believe it's the last day of July?? I swear, the older I get, the time goes faster! We're more then half way through the year, with the recent weather in UK it feels like Autumn is around the corner and there are already, all over social media, sneak peaks of Christmas collections from different brands!
Anyway, I'm here today to share with you another makeup look, this time using the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Shadow Couture | World Traveler palette which I reviewed couple of days ago. Pink Champagne is my favourite shade from the palette, so, of course I had to play with it and created this girly, pink look, perfect for any occasion when you want to look a bit more glamorous but still soft and romantic.

Base
Primer - In Transit Camera Close-Up.
Foundation - Nars All Day Luminous Wightless foundation in shade Deuville (review).
Concealer - Maybelline Fit Me in #15 and L'Oreal Lumi Magique in Light.
Powder - L'Oreal True Match in W1 Golden Ivory.

Makeup Revolution Contour KIt

Cheeks
Bronzer, Highlighter - to bronze my face, contour my cheeks and add a natural highlight to the high points of my face I used the new Makeup Revolution Ultra Contour Palette, stay tuned for a review of it on Monday but I can already tell you that it's my new favourite contour kit.
Blush - Freedom Makeup Blush in Lethal Weapon for  pink flush to my cheeks.

Eyes
Primer - Freedom Makeup Eye Primer, as good as the Urban Decay Primer Potion in my opinion but just a fraction of price.
Eyeshadows - ABH Shadow Couture palette.
Eyeliner - Zoeva Cat Eye Pen in Black, Rimmel Scandaleyes Pencil in Nude.
Mascara - Benefit Roller Lash mascara.
Brows - Rimmel Brow Pencil in Hazelnut and L'Oreal Brow Artist Plumper in Medium.

Lips
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in 11 So Hap'pink, beautiful, deep pink shade with matte finish, I think it complemented the sparkly eyes really well. I love the formula of this liquid lipstick, it's not drying but lasts a good amount of time and wears off nicely.

To finish off the whole makeup, to help all the layers bind together, add a bit of natural dewiness to the skin and extend the wear time I gave myself a few spritzes of the Freedom Makeup Setting Spray.

And that's the finished look ;)

As usual, I'd love to know your thoughts on this makeup look, is it something you'd wear?
Also, after looking at the pictures I realised that my Nars foundation is too light right now for me, so excuse the pale face, compared to my chest, it doesn't look as obvious in person :)

Have a lovely weekend!

Ps. What are your plans for this weekend? We'll have a quite couple of days, hopefully the weather will be nice to enjoy some walks and picnic in the park. On Saturday we're taking our boys to the cinema to watch the new Minions movie and they're so excited as they love minions :) Honestly, I feel like minions are invading our house with different toys, small and big scattered around every room and I'm sure it will get only worse after the movie, lol!

  1. Love this look on you, it makes your eye colour pop! I was thinking about buying the eyeshadow palette but i fought against it as i would probably never use the colours. I'm not doing much this weekend tbh, just scheduling posts probably and babysitting my nephew. Its true about the minions. Every shop i go to, they're everywhere.
