Healthy snacking

 Hello!
Today's post will be a little bit different, but as to be and feel beautiful doesn't involve only skincare and make up but also our food I wanted to share with you my little healthy tip.

I'm a firm believer in claims that what we put inside our bodies will affect our outside, our skin (hello spotty face!). But unfortunately it doesn't stop me from reaching for unhealthy food or snacking on biscuits and crisps. I try to eat healthy and cut on sweets but it's not always easy. The "bad" food is so good!
Lately I found myself eating too much sugary things throughout the day and decided to switch to a healthier versions of sweets.

My opinion on... La Roche - Posay Effaclar K - Review

Hello!
Firstly, excuse, please, the state of the cream's tube but I've been using it religiously for the last month and unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of it before.

Effaclar K is a brother of the famous Effaclar Duo from the Effaclar range by La Roche - Posay. When Escentual had an offer on French Pharmacy throughout March I decided it was the perfect time to get some products I wanted to try.

What's on my nails? #8 Maybelline Street Artist White Splatter

Hello!
Hope you all had fabulous Easter weekend! Mine was peaceful and relaxing, spent with my family and friends, we had lovely time!

Anyway, on to my nails, ever since I saw swatches of Models Own Speckled Eggs Collection I wanted one of them, especially for Easter time, but as my local Boots doesn't stock Models Own cosmetics I didn't get a chance to buy one. On my last visit do Boots I stumbled across Maybelline Color Show Street Artist Top Coat in White Splatter, RRP £3.99, and decided to get it as I immediately started imagining so many combinations I am going to make with this top coat and other coloured nail polishes.

Love Me Beauty- April edition

Hello!
It's time of the month again for Love Me Beauty subscription box. To be honest, when I saw the menu choices in this month's boutique I wasn't very excited. There were only 4 items in each menu, two of them being hair products and I'm not that much crazy about hair care, and also the value of each menu was less then £25 which is the lowest since I joined it on December.
But even though you can pause your subscription any time at no cost I still decided to order my box this month because I just love getting my beauty boxes.

YOU BEAUTY Discovery Box - April Edition

Hello!
It's time of the month for my You Beauty Discovery Box! In April the theme of the box was Organic & Natural and the choice of products was once again amazing. I really struggled to pick only two items from April's shortlist as I wanted most of them.

Maybelline BIG EYES eyeshadow in Luminous Turquoise

Hello!
I love eyeshadows! It's my favourite make up item. Unfortunately I don't have time to play with them every single day, just on weekends, when my husband is a t home and can help with our boys, I get to enjoy creating different looks using my growing collection of eyeshadow palettes .
On one of my visits to Boots my attention was caught by this little Maybelline eyeshadow quad Big Eyes in Luminous Turquoise. It's such a pretty combination of pastel colours perfect for Spring and Summer.

What's on my nails? #7

Hello!
This week my nails are super short, they've been in a really bad condition, very weak and splitting like crazy! I need to find some good treatment because whatever I've been using it's not working. I gave them break for nearly 2 weeks from any nail polishes but their condition hasn't improved!
So having enough of the look of my bare nails I decided to finally paint them.
I've chosen some Maybelline Color Show nail polishes. I like them as the formula is very good, they're easy to apply with the wide brush and last quite well on my nails as well. They come in many different shades and are very affordable at RRP £2.99. They contain only 7ml of product but for me this is actually plus as it means I am more likely to finish the bottle before it gets old and gloopy.

My opinion on... Vichy Dermablend Corrective Cream Stick

 Hello!
When Escentual had thorough March an offer 1/3 off on French Brands I decided to finally get some skincare products I had been having on my wish list for a while.
One of them being from Vichy Dermablend line. I got the Corrective Cream Stick because I am looking for my holy grail concealer which would cover my broken capillaries and stay in place for most of the day. Reading so many good reviews about this line being able to fully cover scars, birthmarks or tattoos I was very excited to try it.

You Beauty Discovery - Benefit Limited Edition Box

Hello!
Firstly, yes, I am the last woman in the world to try some cult Benefit products:) To be honest I didn't know much about the brand before I ventured into the beauty blogosphere around six months ago. But since than I've read hundreds of reviews featuring Benefit cosmetics and I've been curious about some of the most popular products but as they are quite pricey I haven't bought any. So when I saw You Beauty Discovery has a Limited Edition Box with trial sizes of a few cult Benefit products for only £14.95 I ordered straight away.
