Monthly Beauty Favourites #4 July

July Beauty favourites

Hello!
It's the last day of July (where the time has gone??) and time for me to share with you 5 products I enjoyed using most  in the last month.
In June I bought quite a few new make up items and some of them took place of the previous favourites like new eye shadow palette or blusher. I've reviewed most of them so you probably know already I love them but that's why they deserve the spot in the 'Monthly Favourites' post :)

July Beauty favourites

'Death by Chocolate' Eyeshadow Palette by I ♡ Makeup from Makeup Revolution, RRP £7.99, if you read my review you know that I'm in love with this palette. The eye shadows are amazing quality and the colours are just beautiful. A 'must-have' for any nudes-lover.

'Makeup Mist & Set' from e.l.f., RRP £3.95, I've had this mist for a while but nearly always was forgetting to use it to set my make up, but with the recent hot weather, here in UK, it came really handy and certainly helps to keep my make up in place all day. It contains Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Cucumber and Vitamins A, C, E to hydrate and sooth the skin, also it's alcohol free. It has very light fresh scent. Even though I try to keep my make up very minimal during those hot days I still need to use some light foundation and powder and this e.l.f. Makeup Mist helps to blend all the products nicely and adds healthy dewiness to my skin. Also if I'm wearing more make up and my face looks a bit cakey this mist helps with that too, taking away the powdery finish and leaving some radiance. It's a 60ml spray, perfect for carrying in handbag ready to reapply during the day if needed. I love it and it's a bargain. The only downside is that the mist while sprayed it's not very fine and you might feel like your face is getting too wet but I promise you it won't ruin your make up :)

'Candy Queen of Hearts' Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher from I ♡ Makeup, RRP £3.99, such a beautiful, subtle blusher that doubles up as highlighter, I've been reaching for it nearly every day for the last month, can't get enough of it :) You can read my review here.

'Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm' by balance me, RRP£10, I got this 40ml tube of the cleanser as a freebie with the latest Marie Claire issue and I fell in love with it. No other cleansing balm has impressed me so much. I love how gently exfoliating it is and how nourishing at the same time. You can read my review to find out more why I love this cleanser.

L'Oreal L'Extraordinaire Liquid Lipstick in Rose Symphony, RRP £8.99, it's one of my favourite Summer lipsticks that you can read about here and one I'm reaching for most days. Beautiful rosy coral shade, it feels moisturising on the lips, lasts well, and smells fruity and Summery. It's my perfect everyday lip colour for Summer when my make up is quite minimal but I still want to add some colour to my face.

So these are my top 5 beauty products for July. Have you tried any of them?

  4. I don't really get on with the Balance Me cleanser. I find there is just too much oil, and it clogs my pores, causing me to break out. Same goes for the L'oreal lipstick. Watch when you wear it, I find it tends to migrate, even with setting applications. It's a shame as the formula is lovely.

    1. Oh, how strange, I didn't noticed that the lipstick migrates, maybe it depends on the shade? And it's a shame you didn't get on with the cleanser, I find it amazing. But obviously everyone is different. Thanks for reading! x

    1. I've had this e.l.f. mist for long time and only recently started using it frequently so it's about getting used to. But still I don't remember to use it every single day;) x
