Makeup Revolution recently released a new line of cosmetics called I ♡ Makeup which brings us lots of new products with message that make up should be fun.
The prices are slightly higher than the original line but still very affordable.
When I saw all the new things on the website I had to place the order and try some of them. There was no doubt I had to get this beautiful Triple Baked Blusher which resembles a lot the much more expensive Too Faced Sweetheart Blush.
I ♡ Makeup Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher in Candy Queen of Hearts, (oh what a mouthful), RRP£4.99, is a heart shaped blusher made of three different shades of pink.
The packaging is made of cardboard but is actually quite sturdy and looks very girly and cute. It's a big 10g blusher that will probably last me a lifetime:)
The formula of it is beautifully soft, velvety, applies and blends effortlessly. Pigmentation is very good, but the shades are very subtle. The finish of this blusher has amazing sheen so it doubles up as highlighter.
The three shades are: muted pink which looks almost like lilac, pale peachy pink and coral pink. You can wear just a single shade at a time and the middle one works beautifully as highlighter, or mix them together.
My favourite way to apply this blusher is to swirl my duo-fibre brush in all three shades for a subtle peachy pink colour and apply it on the apples of my cheeks. You can build the colour up easily but for every day 'no make up' make up look I like just a wash of colour for beautiful healthy glow.
I also apply it on top of any other pink, matte blusher to add some highlight and sheen to my cheeks. It lasts on my oily skin around 6 hours.
I absolutely adore this baked blusher from I ♡ Makeup and I have been wearing it nearly every day since I got it couple of weeks ago.
There is two other shades of Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher so take a look and choose your favourite, I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed.
