Mother's Day is such a beautiful celebration of a woman who gave you life and unconditional love. I love my Mum very much and since becoming mum myself I appreciate her even more than before. I don't need a special occasion to give Her a present or spend some quality time with Her but still like to make a Mother's Day a memorable one.
My Mum lives in Poland so it's not always possible to spend this particular day together but I always send her a beautiful bouquet of flowers to make her feel loved and important.
You can buy lots of things for your Mum, take her to a fancy restaurant or book a spa
treatment, depending on your budget, sky's the limit.
But the most important thing, in my opinion, is to spend quality time with Her, no TVs, mobiles, social medias. Just you and her. Go with her for a walk, cook a meal together and talk. We are so busy with everyday life that sometimes we don't talk to our closest family as often as we should or our conversations are rushed and shallow.
So let's make this Mother's Day an extraordinary day and let your Mum feel how special she is to you.
And to spoil her a bit (because she so deserves it) you can get her a little gift:)
Here's are my few favourite ideas:
In the first line there are:
Flowers - I think every woman should get beautiful bouquets every now and then, it's a lovely gift for any occasion. You can order online here.
Perfumes - always a great gift if you know what a person likes but I assume you know your mum's taste well. Those two are on my wish list as well. Elie Saab L’Eau Couture, £29.99 and Jimmy Choo, £43.50.
Jewellery - I found these beautiful Freshwater Pearl Bracelets that you can personalise with your mum's initials, £25, here, and this intrigue Metal Feather Necklace, £24, here. And look at this gorgeous Jewellery Stand, £16, here.
Beauty treats - if your mum is into beauty she will love something to relax and pamper her like this Rose Chocolate Bath Milk, £28, here or Lavender and Camomile Bath Oil, £18, here.
Personalised gifts - like this Best Mum Notes, £16, here.
As you have probably noticed I like this website a lot, they have such a lovely range of different products.
How are you going to celebrate this year Mother's Day?
